1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By subscribing to or using any services offered by PXL SUPPLY, you accept and agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms or policies referenced within. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

PXL SUPPLY offers a subscription-based service providing high-quality, looping visuals (the “Content”) for churches, entertainment industries, and other similar organizations. Our service allows subscribers to access, download, and use visuals within the limits outlined in these Terms of Use.

3. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

You agree to pay the subscription fees as specified on our website at the time of purchase. Subscription plans may vary based on the package or term you select. PXL SUPPLY reserves the right to modify pricing, introduce new plans, or adjust the available services at any time.

All subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, etc.) unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your subscription. Your access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

4. USE OF CONTENT

Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content for their intended purposes, such as presentations, broadcasts, or live productions within churches or entertainment settings. The following restrictions apply:

  • You may display, stream, or integrate the Content into media productions, presentations, or live streams, as long as these uses align with your subscription plan.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or offer the Content as part of a competing service. Additionally, the Content may not be altered in a way that infringes on copyright or used in any unlawful or offensive manner.

  • If you cancel your subscription, you are expected to stop using all PXL SUPPLY Content and delete any downloaded files from your devices and storage. However, any Content used in past projects, services, or recordings prior to cancellation may remain as-is.

By subscribing, you agree to honor these terms and respect the integrity of PXL SUPPLY’s content and licensing.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Content provided by PXL SUPPLY, including but not limited to visuals, graphics, software, and branding, is the exclusive property of PXL SUPPLY and protected under intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Content by downloading or subscribing to our service.

6. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security. PXL SUPPLY will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

7. TERMINATION

PXL SUPPLY reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription or account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use, infringed upon our intellectual property, or engaged in any fraudulent or illegal activity. Termination of service does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

PXL SUPPLY reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of PXL SUPPLY’s services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Oklahoma
